Typographical errors

In the event that a Kate Freestone Photography is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Kate Freestone Photography reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Kate Freestone Photography reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order has been cancelled, Kate Freestone Photography shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon you accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Kate Freestone Photography without notice at any time, for any reason. By tagging @katefreestonephotography on social media, you grant us permission to re-post/re-use the image (s) for marketing purposes.

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless specified otherwise.

Nonetheless, Kate Freestone Photography seeks to protect the integrity of its website and the links placed on it. All information collected by Kate Freestone Photography is essential for the process of processing your order.

We may also use the data we collect from you in the following circumstances:

• Improving & developing our store

• Advertising/marketing to you via promotional communications, targeted advertising and relevant offers

You may be notified by email/text by our courier service/Australia Post once they receive your parcel, with a tracking number for you to keep track of your parcel.

This is the only third party who will receive these details.

All information given by you is confidential and will not be forwarded to any other parties.

We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information that we hold about our customers. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system and in hard-copy form.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we do not on-sell this information to any third party – it is for the exclusive use of Kate Freestone Photography to touch base with you.

We do not store credit card information – we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
